All of our furniture is hand crafted, built to order right here in our factory in Brandon, Vermont. 
 
Our average production time is 4-6 weeks,  and ordinary shipping takes 1-6 weeks after production. Most orders are received in 9 weeks from date of order. Due to high volume orders, lead times are subject to change without notice.
